| fr |
dc.description.abstract | To promote a healthy and sustainable return to work for workers who suffered an occupational injury, occupational therapists may use various levers, including of optimizing workers’ preventive behaviors. These preventive behaviors are complex. They are largely influenced by individual, occupational and societal contexts. In order to provide an in-depth understanding of those preventive behaviors, recent theoretical and empirical studies proposed the model of preventive behaviors at work. To ensure the content validity of the newly developed model, a Delphi study was conducted with scientific experts in the field of occupational health. The results of this study lend scientific credibility to the model and suggest levers supporting occupational therapists in enabling workers to have a healthy and sustainable participation at work after a period of disability. | fr |
